This form collects essential details about your business so that SolarBoost can process your license application and evaluate your eligibility. Please complete all required fields carefully and ensure the information provided is accurate.
1. Business Information
Legal Name: Enter the official registered name of your business. Example: Solar Solutions (Pty) Ltd.
Trading Name: If your business operates under a different name, enter it here. Example: BrightEnergy Installations.
2. Contact Information
Owner Email: Provide a valid, monitored inbox. Example: owner@brightenergy.co.za
Owner Phone: Enter a phone number starting with 0, at least 10 digits long. Example: 0821234567
3. Business Type
Choose the structure that best describes your business:
- Sole Proprietor — An individual trading under their own name.
- Company — A formally registered business (e.g., Pty Ltd, LLC).
4. Online Presence
Website: Select Yes if you have a website. If Yes, provide the full website URL. Example: https://www.brightenergy.co.za
Social Media Platform: Select your main business platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok). Once selected, enter your Social Media Link / Handle. Example: @BrightEnergySA or https://facebook.com/BrightEnergySA
5. Review & Submission
1. Double-check all required fields are complete. 2. Click Save a Copy to download a PDF of your application. 3. Click Submit Application to send it to SolarBoost. 4. A Success banner will confirm submission.

Your application will be reviewed by the SolarBoost licensing team. If additional details are required, we’ll contact you by email or phone. Approved applicants will receive license confirmation and next steps.
